Business

Things learned from the movie and by myself:

  1. Don’t start a company with a friend
  2. Do it for yourself, not for the money
  3. Don’t try to do too much at once and everything from scratch
  4. Delegate responsibilities quickly and to the right persons
  5. Make revenues from the first moment
  6. Gain traffic and users and then flip that into money is not a bussiness case
  7. Hire people to jobs which can be easily automated is not a solution - for the long term
  8. Do IT inhouse. It’s an asset not a burden

I should really start blogging in english. It’s kind of fun.
