Things learned from the movie and by myself:
- Don’t start a company with a friend
- Do it for yourself, not for the money
- Don’t try to do too much at once and everything from scratch
- Delegate responsibilities quickly and to the right persons
- Make revenues from the first moment
- Gain traffic and users and then flip that into money is not a bussiness case
- Hire people to jobs which can be easily automated is not a solution - for the long term
- Do IT inhouse. It’s an asset not a burden
I should really start blogging in english. It’s kind of fun.
