If you get this or a similar error message in your apache2 error log, you’ve to upgrade to at least fastcgi 2.4.4 and configure mod_fastcgi with

FastCgiConfig -min-server-life 0

After that, mod_fastcgi won’t take your website for 600 seconds down, because of a buggy program.
